You Have the Right to LGBTQ+ Inclusion

  • You can start or join an LGBTQ+ club (GSA) at your school.

  • You have the right to discuss LGBTQ+ topics in class.

  • You should have access to LGBTQ+ inclusive books and educational materials.

What to Do If Your Rights Are Violated

  • Speak Up! Tell a teacher, counselor, or principal.

  • Document Everything. Write down dates, times, and what happened.
